More than half of B.C.'s small businesses can't find enough staff: Fifty-nine percent of small businesses in B.C. are experiencing a labor shortage — the fourth-highest rate in Canada according to the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.

Based on the smaller population in Canada, it is really hard for employers to find all kinds of employees. That is the main reason to block Canadian businesses to develop sustainably.

It was also noted that new immigrations cannot find a proper job based on their educations and working experiences background.

As a licensed BC employment agency and foreign worker recruiter, we would like to build a bridge between employers and job seekers. We aimed to not only help Canadian companies and employers to find qualified, professional employees and enough labor; but also assist job seekers to look for proper matching positions. During the matching process, we will guide both employer and job seeker to mutual understand each cultural difference, expectation, workplace, and employment standard.

We also have rich experience to help employers successfully handle workplace conflicts; resolve the dispute case in labor board between employer and Union; implement management and staff training program; draft business plan for 3-5 years and propose strategical advice on management;
